Love good food and relaxing in nature? Learn and share delicious gourmet recipes that focus on using local, foraged and seasonal ingredients, and learn how to use cooking as a way to relax, connect with yourself, others and be more present. Enjoy wild swimming and communal cooking over an open fire at the beautiful Knepp Estate in Shipley with fellow foodies. A feast for all the senses. 


11am: Welcome, introduction to connecting through cookery, the science and theory behind the practice, understanding your body's stress response and using cookery to help relax, with our founder Jacqueline. 

Includes recipe journal for each participant, tea, coffee & homemade treats.

11.30am: The ‘chocolate button experiment,’ - A foodies mindfulness exercise (please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on)

1pm: Communal cookery class with Chefs Dani & Nikki, with three course meal and complimentary cocktails

4pm: Wild swim/mindful drawing exercise by the lake

5pm: Depart

  • We have a cancellation policy of 30 days for our cookery courses for a refund (minus a processing fee of £5 per ticket). If you let us know at least 30 days prior to the event, you can also request a voucher for the full value of your booking, or move your seat to an alternative event (subject to availability).

    For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event, as per our Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.
