Join Cordon Bleu Chef and Director of Positively Delicious Jacqueline Wise for a delicious and inspiring evening at Chafford Park Estate. You will be treated to a sustainably inspired, three-course menu including cocktail tasters.
The evening will include live cookery showcasing regenerative, wild and seasonally-inspired dishes, paired with a complimentary, wild-inspired cocktail taster by Laura at Wildbox Events. Full size cocktails will also be available for purchase.
Many ingredients will come from Jacqueline's own allotment, and be foraged from Chafford Park itself. All food will be served in compostable disposable containers with wooden forks. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
