Join Cordon Bleu Chef and Director of Positively Delicious Jacqueline Wise for a delicious and inspiring evening at a unique and intimate venue in Worthing. You will be treated to a sustainably inspired, three-course menu. The evening will include a short cookery demonstration and top tips on how to source the very best ingredients, while keeping the health of the planet in mind. Guests are invited to bring their own drinks for this event. We offer a vegetarian option and gluten free options are available on request. Many ingredients will come from Jacqueline's own allotment, and be foraged from local hedgerows. 




Juniper cured salmon with rye bread, horseradish cream & pickled vegetables
Steamed leeks with high Weald Dairy sheep's cheese, almonds & rye bread croutons


Thyme roasted duck with apple & prune stuffing, nutmeg mash, braised cabbage, chicory & port sauce
Kale, organic cheddar & thyme tart with nutmeg mash, braised cabbage, chicory & cold pressed rapeseed oil

Cinnamon bun 'bread and butter pudding' with vanilla custard

Positively Delicious are delighted to be collaborating with Sally Glallis of Luna and The Lane, a talented events planner and stylist who will be creating a unique ambiance in her intimate venue. Free parking is available nearby. The venue is only a few minutes' drive from the beach, so why not come down earlier to explore the area, before relaxing with like-minded foodies. Please note you will be seated on long table joined together.  This is a one-off event with limited availability, and only 22 tickets available each night.
