We would love to invite you to spend the day in the lush fields and majestic woodlands of West Sussex with this Connection Through Cookery, Foraging and Fire-Cookery Day.


Kick things off with hot drinks and sweet snacks, before receiving an introduction to connecting through cookery. Hear about the science and theory behind the practice, understand your body’s stress response and use cookery and nature to relax. You’ll receive a recipe journal, before heading out on a foraging hedgerow walk.


Return to enjoy wild inspired cocktails and canapes, ahead of an open-fire cooking class with a professional chef. Learn top tips as you create a regenerative and hyper-seasonal meal, which you’ll enjoy alongside a complimentary glass of organic wine each. After the meal, sit down with a wild herbal tea and listen to an inspirational talk on regenerative food such as how to create positive mental, physical and environmental change through the way we eat.

Wild greens pesto orzo pasta with crispy High Weald Dairy halloumi & chilli oil
Fire roasted red onion, potato & cauliflower, peanut satay sauce & sticky-weed (Vegan, GF)
Red cabbage, apple & onion ‘slaw with lemon juice & yoghurt (V, GF)
Heritage tomato & ground ivy salad with balsamic vinegar
Fire-baked chocolate stuffed fruits with salted caramel sauce & crumble

  • Refunds are at the discretion of the Company Director. Please contact us at your earliest convenience should you no longer be able to attend.

  • As a new business, we want to showcase our events and so sometimes we may have a photographer/videographer at our events. We will also share them with you as a great way to remember the day.  

    We may use the photos in marketing materials including but not limited to: social media posts, invitations, magazine editorials, and websites without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.  

    To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

    Anyone attending a Positively Delicious event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer on the day or the event organisers, and/or contact the Positively Delicious team at
