Welcome, introduction to connecting through cookery, the science and theory behind the practice, understanding your body's stress response and using cookery to help relax. Includes recipe journal for each participant, tea, coffee & homemade treats

Foraging walk

The ‘chocolate button experiment,’ in the meadow - A mindfulness exercise

Fire cookery tutorial

Hands on group cookery class and meal to include delicious local, seasonal, foraged foods and complimentary wine

Talk: Sharing food stories, bring people together through the ‘breaking of bread,'
